It's slowly coming together. Two firsts on this tintype. It's the first outing for my own 3d printed wetplate holder. There were no light leaks and everything worked as it should (bonus). The second first (I think that makes sense) was using the "Old Workhorse" (Pbr modified) collodion that I made from scratch using raw chemicals. It's significantly slower (ie needs 2 x more light) than the "Old Reliable" I've been purchasing, but it gives a really clean and nicely balanced plate. I really love that there is still so much to learn.
