I was asked by the Goolwa Aquatic Club to photograph their Aquafest last weekend.

Despite the weather being pretty average, the event went ahead, as luckily the winds were coming from the west..south west.

To have the opportunity to be there amongst the action was unbelievable. The power of these boats is amazing and the talent of the drivers.

Here are a few..of the many..photos that I took over the two days.

On Friday at my camera competition night, I was presented with a trophy and medal!

My club had an interclub competition with 5 other southern photography clubs last weekend and my photo was awarded Champion Projected Colour Photo and then was Awarded Champion Photo of the competition!!

I am very surprised as am sure there would have been some amazing photography (I was enjoying a day at the Fringe 😄).

Congratulations also to our club who again won the overall competition 👏

Located in the Town Hall in Coral St and open from 10am to 4pm daily..and it's free!

Over 350 photos on display from 3 exhibitions.
