Chalahn Falls, Lamington National Park...

With all the recent rain, it was too tempting not too visit some waterfalls! Yesterday With Jack Morris we ventured into the Lamington National Park with our eyes on one waterfall only... Chalahn Falls!!! After nearly 8kms we finally landed at the base of, by far the best waterfall I have seen to date! Pouring with water so heavy, in my live video you could barely hear my voice!

Unfortunately It came at a cost though... With recent problems on one of my toes which I thought was healing and well on the mend, I reopened the wound after slipping several times and will now find myself all but couch bound for a few days 😞 Was it worth it though? Of course! (well kind of) 😛

Anyways I hope you all enjoy this photo and it inspires you to go check out this place yourself! Although the long walk, its definitely worth visiting, along with many other cool waterfalls along the way BUT this one is by far the best! ❤

Main Beach, Gold Coast, Australia...

This mornings sunrise was another beauty! I had looked at the cloud radars the night before and knew there was a small chance of some cloud going to be overhead... I wasn't as certain when I pulled up as the clouds looked a bit scattered and messy. However just in time for that orange/red sky, cloud popped over and gave us another cracker!

Tried many times to get the water rushing towards me to make the image have a bit more flow about it... in the end I got what I wanted! Another awesome morning!

Tasman Lake, New Zealand...

One of my better memories from last year from NZ so here is another shot from Tasman lake... I remember it like it was yesterday perfect calm afternoon all by myself taking in views at one of the most picturesque lakes in New Zealand....

I cant wait to get back here one winter for a sunrise! I think that morning light at this lake would be incredible! However this day was up there with the best of them....

Snapper Rocks, Qld, Australia...

Incredible!!! What an amazing sunset tonight on the Gold Coast! After watching the clouds all day I changed my plans this afternoon and decided to go after the sunset and oh boy did it deliver!!

We have had some amazing skies over the past few days on the Gold Coast and this was another cracker. Once again lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time! I LOVE THESE SKIES heart emoticon

Currumbin, Qld, Australia...

WOW! What an absolute cracker of a sunrise we got earlier today! Colours all around the sky that lasted what seemed like forever! It was the best sunrise I have seen in a long time and perhaps EVER!

I was looking at the cloud satellite all night before getting a couple of hours sleep and heading to Currumbin! I arrived at Currumbin well before first light to secure a good position just in case the sky lit up! I was so happy to see a small opening on the horizon and then a short time later BOOM! This one reminded me why I love early mornings!

Its been a long time between sunrises for me but I finally got out this morning! I was quite happy when I saw the pre glow and knew there was a good chance of some colour! The sky lit up with these colours for a few minutes allowing me to get this shot!

I love the golden hours! Nothing beats early morning light with snowy mountain peaks in the background....
It was a quiet and calm morning on this day 6 months ago, a place usually rolling with tourists...
