The Kingfisher has visited for years and I've never been able to capture it before. Its very shy. I was only able to get this with my telelens, and still its not sharp enough as he was high up in a tree. Good enough though to see the brilliant blues.

I havent posted for nearly 3 years. Thats ok. Im still here. These Frogmouth Owls have been at my house since Christmas day. Ive been looking at them for a few weeks now and yesterday remembered I have a camera that might get some good shots of them close up.
