who am I without my sensitive heart?

for the longest time I thought feeling this much was a flaw. something to manage, to perform around, to apologize for.
therapy, time and growing up. they showed me it was never the problem, it’s the reason I live the way I live, create the way I create, and keep finding the most incredible human beings.

life happens in movement. in accepting (and actually using) who we really are instead of editing it down.
I’m an eternal romantic. nostalgic. always chasing the magic in connection, in nature. always looking for a way out of “normal” in this sick society.

my sensitive heart isn’t the thing I survived. it’s the thing that lets me actually live.
