This is a tough one, but a much needed decision.
I have sat and thought on this for so long now. Discussed it with my family and Tossed between the pros and cons. But the decision has been made and I’m sad to say 2026 will be my last year of photography.
It’s been 13 years running this little business of mine. I have loved meeting and capturing all of your beautiful moments and have felt privileged to watch your families grow through my lens, But the last twelve months have been hectic. I’ve taken on another job for a bit more stability. The weather has definitely played a role in the inconsistency of this job. Spending wet weekends in with my fam and sunny weekends watching the sun set with yours. I’ve loved it, don’t get me wrong, but my babies are growing so fast. And we love adventures and that can only happen if I’m around. So my Mon-Fri job is what my family needs. I need to be more present for them.
Im grateful for where this business I have loved so much took me, the people I’ve met and developed friendships with, the babies I’ve snuggled and the moments I’ve captured. It’s been a beautiful journey. 🫶
So we have 12 more months to get those family sessions done. I will only be working two weekends a month tops. And they will fill up fast. Gift vouchers can no longer be purchased this year. And if you have a voucher please get in contact so we can book you in.
I’ll be back in action Monday the 5th so will reply back to messages then. For now I’m enjoying some down time with my family before the crazy begins again. Happy new year ❤️
