This is why I do what I do:

Today, we were halfway through our family / newborn shoot when everyone started getting tired and restless. One bub just wanted to watch Micky Mouse Club House, the other wanted to be held and fed, and dad was ready for some pizza and a nap. Then all of a sudden mum looked up at me, smiled and said "I know everyone's tired but I guess I'm just that crazy lady who likes to capture every moment and memory". This made me so happy because even though we were all tired, everyone wanted to push through to make sure we captured all the special photos that mum wanted.

Moments like these are exactly why I love taking photos. I am so passionate about being able to capture special moments or milestones in people's lives because time goes so quickly and before you know it, that newborn photoshoot turns into a 1 year old cake smash photoshoot. Sometimes you just need passion, patience and a really cute bub to be inspired all over again. Today I fell in love with my passion all over again and I hope I get to re-live that feeling every time I do a shoot. So this is my little reminder to cherish the little things in life and always do what makes you happy.
