A simple Brisbane Registry wedding, followed by an intimate dinner with their closest family and friends.

From saying “I do” surrounded by their favourite people, to sneaking away for portraits around the city, Fred & Merryl’s day felt intimate, relaxed, and completely them. I loved the mix of big-city backdrops, quiet little moments, and all the happy energy in between.

And the sweetest surprise? 🥹 They announced that their family is growing, a beautiful little baby is on the way! 🤍

Such a special chapter to capture. Congratulations, Fred & Merryl! Wishing you both so much love and happiness for everything that comes next. 🤍

A day full of quiet little looks, big smiles, stolen kisses and the kind of moments that don’t need much direction, they just happen.

These two made it very easy to simply step back, follow the story and capture them exactly as they are. And honestly, those are always my favourite kind of wedding days. 🥹📸

Over a year ago, but this wedding still feels so fresh in my mind.

A beautifully non-traditional wedding with no fuss and no pressure — just canapés, overflowing drinks, plenty of dancing, and their favourite people all together celebrating. 🥂✨

Everything about their day felt relaxed, fun and completely them.

And what makes this one even more special to look back on is Bernadette. She booked me quite last minute, and even after all this time, she still reminds me how thankful she is to have their day documented. 🥹

Time really does fly, but photographs have this beautiful way of bringing you straight back to how it all felt.

From their intimate chapel ceremony to the laughs, cuddles and quiet moments afterwards, everything felt so warm and natural. No fuss, no pressure, just the two of them enjoying the day surrounded by the people they love most. 🥹
