Rukuwai Sunflower Farm Rukuwai Road
We kicked off our Saturday (Jan 11) at the newly opened Rukuwai Sunflower Farm—owned by Ani and Andrew, plus their two young daughters. Entry is \$10 per adult and \$5 per child, and each person gets to take home a bright sunflower!

There’s plenty to keep the kids (and grown-ups) entertained: fun games, a giant swing, a maze through the sunflowers, a whimsical yellow door, and cute photo frames for capturing memories. You can cool down with ice creams or ice blocks, grab a souvenir from the merchandise stand, and enjoy lunch under the shade at picnic tables.

Peter's Fish Market little bit busy on a Sunday afternoon, but the line went quick and got our food in about 15mins. Got sent here with Chris Barnes recommendation, didn’t disappoint! We got a family pack and a couple of scallops which cost us a well priced $53. The fish was large, super moist price of fish that flaked up when broken, but the batter was still super light and crispy! The chips were crunchy but not dry and nicely seasoned, fish bites tasty little moist bites they were, and the scallops, good in size, cooked perfectly and nice crispy batter. This is definitely my top 2 fish and chip shops in Oz, verdict is 10/10!

These kids are amazing, Evelyn took to her bike 🚲 after the first day of taking her training wheels off about a year ago and little Huckleberry has exceeded expectation by asking for his training wheels off after a day of riding in the house(we got this bike a day ago 😳😳) and he can now ride like he’s been doing it for ages! Great job kids!

Super proud of EVELYN! Just completed a 3km run without stoping! Looks like I have a new running partner to keep me fit for the upcoming hockey season, also Chantelle proud of you putting in the effort too!
