Official launch event for a number of exhibitions this Thursday 5:30-7:30pm AEDT in Ballina. Honoured to have one of my pieces showing in the Byron Arts Magazine Art Prize Finalist Exhibition 😎

Ballina Shire Council's Community Gallery. Exhibitions are rotated every four to six weeks with works varying from sculpture and painting to textiles and multimedia

Gold Coast Greens out in force for the 2022 Gold Coast Pride Parade. I've just made it in a nick of time to still say Happy Pride Month to all! 🏳️‍🌈
The Greens asked me to take some shots, so here are a few, please get in touch if you'd like to see more. I'll also popped some others from the day on instagram.com/atelier.yoyo in a sec if you're interested.
I'm told that this is the only Pride parade to take place along a beach! A glorious day, but it was the beautiful smiles from each and every one of the participants that really sparkled.

Do you remember your childhood home? Can you see the spirit of your younger self wondering through the rooms and running through the yard (or your neighbour's or nearby park if there was no yard)?

These kids' home was being demolished to make way for a fresh build and I thought it'd make a fun photoshoot and a great way for them to remember their childhood family home years and decades from now.
