I feel incredibly blessed to be on this path. To be calling in collaborations of my dreams with women creating real change. Inviting women into deeper parts of themselves. Sharing their wisdom, experience and passion.

Bali from July 12th-26th!
Part of that time I'll be on retreat with as their Ritual Photographer. I can't wait to be in this magic container alongside a tribe of powerful facilitators and the beautiful Nat!

My last shoot of the year was such a dream.

This woman was a catalyst to my awakening into this path. Into the path of embodiment, of movement and transformation.

Mariana facilitated a workshop 3.5 years ago that was my first ever real experience of being in my body. I'd never done any self development work before.

It blew my heart wide open. From then on...life would never be the same. I tasted what life could really be and couldn't go back.

Around 6 months later I journeyed an immersive experience with her over a week and shed so much.

This woman is birthing something so powerful and beautiful with the world and I feel so honoured to have the opportunity to witness her in her space and magic.

I have so much to share from this shoot! Lots of exciting things coming this year...I can feel it!

Before we fully embody that which we are becoming, everything that does not serve must die.

Be burnt.

Cast aside.

Parts of ourselves.

Patterns and beliefs we hold so close.

Relationship and people.

Sometimes the universe removes that which is no longer in alignment.

The space between that which we have always been and that which we are becoming can be uncomfortable. Foreign.

Both exhilarating and at times terrifying.

Because we have never been here before.

We have never walked this path quite like this.

The space of the unknown, until it becomes known to us.

Walking with arms wide open to a life that has yet to be awakened.

I don't just want to take beautiful photos of women.

I want the women I collaborate with to feel a deep sense of appreciation, love and embodiment.

To see themselves without the distorted lens we often use to view ourselves.

To come on a journey of healing. Empowerment.

True devotion and admiration for your body.

For all the ways in which she has held you, carried you and supported you.

All the intricate and subtle lines, mark and scars that spin the Divine story of you...your unique canvas. Your perfect form.

I feel it. A deep purging. A collective shedding.
A releasing of what is not in alignment.
What needs to be removed for you to step into your fullness, newness?
What is no longer serving your highest good?
We can go kicking and screaming.
Not willing to let go of what we thought things would be or we can surrender with a deep sense of gratitude.
Trusting the universe orchestrates for our hearts.
Holding so deeply these parts with love and reassurance.
I've been journeying the depths, my darkness and feeling.
Emerging with more knowing, grace and strength than I have ever witnessed in myself.
I don't doubt I'll descend again over and over but each time I rise.
With gratitude for the lessons learnt.
Recognising in losing myself in the darkness I need to bring myself back to what lights my heart up.
Remembering to fill my time with connection, creativity, movement and stillness.
Remembering what brings me back to my essence and joy. Even in the darkness.
Can you make time to remember what you love and returns you to your essence? Do that. There's time for healing and shedding and time for being. Allowing. Existing.
With a deep sigh to the core of her being she let it all go with trust in her heart and a desire for new beginnings.

What you’ve overcome.

What you’ve grown through.

What you’ve faced.

The depths you’ve journeyed.

The person you are now is not the person you were yesterday.

Each step you take, one foot in front of the other is moving forward.

I hope you are so proud of yourself.
