Took “The Wedge” cap out for a spin from C A L V E R T chasing ghosts and harvested a nice chital doe. The mesh back is epic for hunting, lets that heat straight out. The fridge is now stocked with meat, the hide is salted & ready to tan & another great weekend in the bush!

Chital are by far my favourite deer to hunt and eat. 🦌

A big old hind from last year that I never got around to posting. Got two nice deer this day, restocking my freezer and my mate Myka Eicas 🦌🥩

Happy Father’s Day from myself and Hunters Element!

I hope all the dads out there can find the time to enjoy both their families and the great outdoors. There’s nothing better than getting out hunting, camping, fishing, and making memories together.

Some of my favourite memories growing up were spent outdoors with my family, and I hope to create those same memories with my son, Jasper. 🦌🏕️🔥🏹🥩🎣

Happy Father’s Day to my dad Kevin Gerathy and all the dads! Here’s to making memories that last a lifetime! 🍻

The hours, the trips and everything that goes into filling the freezer make every bite of venison even better.

With a new little one, I’ve had to slow down, so I’m grateful to my partner for letting me sneak away for a hunt last week.

The herds I saw were already looking pretty lean, and with the drought dragging on, it might be worth taking an extra deer or two where it’s appropriate. Better that the meat feeds families than seeing animals struggle through summer or end up part of bigger culls as they compete with stock.

It’s been a wild few years of great rain and populations have boomed, so if your after new blocks- now’s the time……I would say that many farmers who once knocked people back would now be happy for an extra hand thinning out some deer and pigs in NSW.

Son….have I ever told you about the time I was hunting the rut & one of the guys grew chicken feet antlers from his head? Send this to your favourite hunting buddy’s you can’t wait to spend a week with!

MEET YOUR WINNER! This was so rad for me to actually know who had won when the random name popped up! Background…..This young lad messaged me a few days ago on Instagram, asking to trade a knife he could make me for some old hunting gear. I actually had given my last set to a mate- but said I would send him out some .arrows death knocks (illuminated) and to not worry about the knife- he was stoked. For the past three nights he has sent me little videos asking questions on hunting and explaining how he was so excited to maybe win. Then tonight, for his name to be plucked then from the 543 contestants on the website- I’m through the moon someone like him has won!!! He called me on Instagram screeming and it cut the live off hahahaha! For those who watched the draw live, I’m sure you had a great laugh…3x attempted draws, a proper s**t show as the web program wouldn’t select the names for free asking for card details. Third attempt, 15 bucks on my credit card to sign up and name popped out! Thanks to all the great companies who were involved .huntingaunz .arrows .huntingaunz I’ll be touching base with story’s from once he gets the gear as we all need some of his energy in our lives and can’t wait to see where this takes him! Good luck in the rut to all- Kristian

🦌 Time to start prepping that gear, remember the rut comes fast. Every year I put off getting the gear I want and need. It sells out, I end up on back order, I end up with s**t I don’t want and I’m re-sighting my bow the day I’m leaving stressed and pi**ed off with myself! Well not this time, 2x Doz LASER BEAMS (3 free Red laser knocks) with every 12 - inserts / outserts included - get on it! are also now available for the 250 and 300 spine ( recommend 4FK75 & use code FABC to save some $$$ ) to guide those 5mm slim line shafts to victory. And then If you then whack a little 125g pilot cut on the naughty end - your gunna do some damage this season 😉
