I'm a creator, designer, and photographer all rolled into one. I have experience with additional needs and I am proud to be 🖤💛❤ I love natural photography.

My name is Monica I am based in Glen Innes and I am a proud Aboriginal women, born in Armidale and raised on the outskirts of Uralla making me a descendant of the Anaiwan Tribe. Culture means the absolute world to me and I respect all people of all cultures and their beliefs. I have looked at the world with a photographic mind from a very young age and could never own enough cameras. Now, after 24

years of playing around and doing the occasional photoshoot here and there, I am going full flight into bringing what I see to life through my camera as a career. I am a mum of 4 and my youngest hits double digits this year so I decided it's my time to shine. I have an additional needs child as well so I understand the tricks of the trade and am willing to accommodate for special needs. What do I mean by that you ask? I believe the best images come from people feeling comfortable and not feeling pressured to pose a certain way. Most of the time I will do some posed photos and then you just have to imagine I am not there and I will capture the raw moments of your session. A package deal for one cool little 4-year-old! 🛻🎉

Before making the big move, I had one last special order to complete—and it had to be finished before I left so it could spend two weeks safely in the freezer!

This monster truck-inspired celebration included:
🛻 A custom monster truck cake & matching topper
🍫 Delicious chocolate cake
🧁 Smooth Vienna cream icing.

But the fun didn't stop there! I was also asked to create matching shirts for Mum, Stepdad, Brother and Sisters... and what Nanny didn't realise was that she was getting one too! 😉💙

I was absolutely honoured to be trusted with creating these special pieces for such an exciting milestone. Happy 4th Birthday, little mate! I hope your day was filled with fun, laughter and plenty of monster truck action! 🥳🎂

🌊 A New Chapter for Memory Makers 🌊

Well... the secret is officially out! 💙

Memory Makers has made a very bold move to the East Coast!

Thanks to my husband's work transfer, we're now proudly calling Nambucca home. This move has been an 18-year dream in the making, and it's hard to believe it's finally become our reality.

To all of my amazing regional clients, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your incredible support over the years. You've helped Memory Makers grow into what it is today, and I'll always be grateful.

Don't worry—this isn't goodbye! I'll still be available for all your creations, event styling and photography needs, whether you're here on the coast or back home. ❤️

I'm so excited for this next adventure, to meet new families and clients, create beautiful memories, and continue doing what I love.

Here's to new beginnings, exciting opportunities, and making memories wherever life takes us. I can't wait to see what this next chapter brings! ✨

Back in April, I had the honour of celebrating this gorgeous little girl's first birthday with her wonderful family. 🌻💛

When Mum told me that sunflowers were a non-negotiable theme, I couldn't wait to bring her vision to life! From creating this beautiful sunflower cake to capturing all the fun, smiles, and messy moments during her cake smash session, it was such a special experience.

There is something so magical about first birthdays—the excitement, the curiosity, and the memories made along the way. Being trusted to both create the cake and preserve these precious moments through photography makes what I do so incredibly rewarding.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of such a milestone celebration. Happy 1st Birthday, my sweet girl! 🌻🎂📸

Who doesn't love a challenge? Apparently I do!

After a very long night of decorating, I had to transport this gem from Inverell to Glen Innes.

On arrival, I got to meet the birthday boy who I got to create this for. The look on his face and the excitement made the work all the more worth it!

The best part is these customers are return customers and even though my little business is moving away, they have decided to continue to support me ❤️
