My fitness journey has seen me participate in a few park runs over the last few months. I have never been a great runner, I've always hated it, to be honest, but I find pushing myself out of my comfort zone does wonders for my confidence and, ultimately, my health benefits greatly.
The first photo is my first attempt at running and not dying, and the second pic is me today (not ded yet). 37kg weight loss so far and just about to hit my first weight goal! Yew!!!
