"I had been planning to get this shot for over a month now and I am pumped I have done it," he said.

"This image was taken in the Barrabool Hills area (Victoria). I used my LED light panel to paint light onto the windmill and some of the foreground."

The Milky Way over the old Monier Arch Bridge in Fyansford, Vic.

It has been a few years since i have wanted to photograph the Milky Way over this old classic bridge. I finally got around to taking this image Saturday night 18/10/25. The bridge was built in 1899 and opened to the public in 1900. A new bridge was built in 1970 and now the old bridge is used for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Fyansford is a lovely place to visit and is rich in history which i love.

I decided to photograph this classic old pub just after midnight last week on the 19/08/25. I have always loved the look of this old pub and i finally got around to photographing it.
I look forward to photographing more stuff around the Fyansford area in the near future.

This is probably 1 of my last posts from the Airshow this year. This is the awesome F/A-18F Super Hornet just after it took off and i am glad i could capture the jet with the top of the You Yangs in the background. 30/03/2025.

Aircraft vs Supercar Race. this was fun to watch and photograph. Matt Hall has amazing skills in that plane. He got very close to Will Brown who is driving the Red Bull V8 Supercar. 2025 Airshow. 30/03/2025.

The MH-60R Seahawk "Romeo" Combat Helicopter was fun to photograph at the Airshow as i had to photograph it with a slow shutter speed to show the movement of the rotar blades. Very happy with this result. 30/03/2025.

I was really pumped to photograph the C-17A Globemaster III at the Airshow and having the You Yangs in the background. What a beast of a plane. It needed very little runway to take off, amazing stuff. 30/03/2025.

I decided last night to take my kids to Dog Rocks in Batesford to see and photograph the Comet C/2024 G3 (ATLAS) and it was a pretty awesome experience to see the comet to the naked eye. It was a good fun night. 22/1/2025.

The Aurora putting on a nice show last night in Mount Moriac which is around 20 minute drive from Geelong. I love this old tree and it is the second time i have photographed the Aurora from this location. I took my daughter along and she had a blast. 11/10/24.
