Meet Will, Lili, and Kurt behind Kendall Consulting. 👋

Founded in 2024 by Will, after he spent 10 years working in larger consultancy engineering firms across Brisbane and Canberra. After starting a family, Will's goal was to create something a little different: a small, boutique engineering consultancy that focuses on practical advice, consistency, and genuine care across every project.

Kendall Consulting works across residential, commercial and government projects throughout Canberra and beyond, solving complex challenges through practical thinking and creative problem-solving.

👉 What's a recent highlight you'd like to share?
"We’ve recently worked on some exciting projects, including a raise-and-build-under project at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, where an existing home was lifted 5 metres above the ground to create a new lower level above the flood zone."

👉 Tell us a fun fact about the business:
While Will is based at Keep Co, Kendall Consulting is a completely remote team. Will’s sister, Lili, supports the administrative side of the business from the Gold Coast, their senior draftsman works from Brisbane, and Kurt (Will’s wingman!) is based in Wollongong—making the trip to Canberra every month or so.

For Will, Keep Co has been the perfect place to create a work-life balance. He loves that it feels more like a community than a corporate office, with friendly faces, like-minded businesses, and a calm environment to get work done. Oh, and of course, the little extras like the pancake breakfasts and espresso martinis on tap—the icing on the cake! 🎂
