We have arrived in Ladakh, the land of high passes. Here is a look into what we’ve been up to: amazing photographic opportunities in one of the most remote and dramatically beautiful places in the world! From the amazing views across the Leh Valley from the Shanti Stupa, followed by a private nine course degustation dinner in a secluded garden, to sunrise at amazing Thiksey monastery watching monks and novices begin the day’s prayers and rituals. There’s more to come as we journey farther in this truly remarkable land.

NEW WORKSHOP ANNOUNCED
Urban Long Exposures
Join us on the 8th August and discover the secret of shooting long exposures in an urban environment, creating dynamic images that combine the blur of street and human movement with architecture and facades. Long exposures has long been associated with natural landscapes, where slow shutter speeds are used to blur the movement of water for that silk-smooth effect. But it has far wider application than this,and we're going to delve into it! 4pm - 5.30pm, kicking off next to the statue of Yagan in Yagan Square. Places are limited to 12 participants. A few frames from a morning at Jimbaran Bay, Bali. Jimbaran is perhaps most well known for its coastal resorts and restaurants, but the fishing harbour is just a stone's throw away from where tourists gather, and there's nary a tourist in sight in the morning as local boats draw in and unload the night's catch. If you're up with the sparrows, then this is the place to be!

I shoot a lot of my travel in Bali with the Fujifilm X-H2S, and the new WR 16-55mm f/2.8 lens.
