This is your sign to do your first look and portraits before the ceremony ft. your expert guides, Maddy and Chris at their Hillstone St Lucia wedding day!

We did end up grabbing a couple of golden light shots during cocktails, but we were literally steps away from the party (see the second half of this carousel!). We didn’t disappear from their family and friends for ages, we still got all those gorgeous portraits and headed back to keep capturing candids of everyone having the best time!

Fiiiinally we’re sharing a coupla sneak peeks from the beautiful Scottish/Brazilian international mashup wedding of all of our dreams! Cute puppy ring bearer, a ceremony on the helipad, bagpipe jamz, caipirinha flowing freely (they were SO delicious but SO lethal for us mere mortal non-Brazilians, omg!) fireworks, sparklers, kilts, a wild dance floor and just a whole lotta love and very very good times!

We always say we have the best job and Victoria and Bernardo’s day was a truly excellent day at the office, how is this real life 💙

In the interests of attempting to exercise restraint and not make it rain 11,0000 wedding images in a single carousel post, we’re keeping tonight’s post specifically Benji themed. Alternate working title for this insta post: take your dog to wedding day!

Mady and Matt are old souls, and so is their beloved Mr. Benji Luck. As a genius idea for an ice breaker at cocktail hour, Benji sent around some lucky fortunes for all of Mady and Matt’s guests. Everyone got to pick one out of the basket. The fortunes were for really beautiful things that Benji also loves, like good naps and nice beach days! Oh, our hearts! And how very special to find some pretty light and get some beautiful portraits of Benji and his people looking so damn fancy.

There’s soooo much goodness from Mady and Matt’s day, but for now, it’s Benji’s time to shine. We’ll be back with more to share from their day very soon!

The theme was ‘bold and blooms’ for Sophie and Michi’s incredible Aussie chapter of their wedding (they live in Germany and are already married!). Sophie’s cousin owns a commercial flower farm and with glamping tents on site, so from the moment we arrived to document this spectacular day we had truly ascended to Valhalla!

Perfect golden light, cows, rolling hills, fields full of bright poppies blooming, family and friends from Germany, the UK, and Australia all holidaying together, a vintage car, coffee van, the sweetest styling, lots of games and dancing… this truly was a celebration of Sophie and Michi and all the people that have walked alongside them (and their littlest love Felix!) in this adventure of life. This is just a tiiiiiiny peek at their preview gallery, we can’t wait to share so much more!

How does one sum up all that was Jen and Nick’s impossibly beautiful wedding day at Tides Byron Estate?! … Let’s see…

Puppy. Amazing venue we’d never been to before. A totally different wedding gown at the 11th hour which could not have been more perfect. Nick’s beautiful tears during the vows. A ceremony in a macadamia orchard. A bottle of chateauneuf du pape (just like in the Beastie Boys song!). The flowers… The freakin’ flowers!! The styling! The foooood! The dream team of wedding friendors! What have we forgotten… oh, the mutual love of … how do we say this without instagram banning us… d!ck jokes?! Ohhh, our hearts!!!!

Nick and Jen’s wedding was a mid-week wedding getaway with 38 of their nearest and dearest, where we were all able to slow down and spend time chatting and getting lots and lots of beautiful portraits and candids of EVERYONE, but there was so much energy in the room that it still felt like a ‘big’ wedding. Have we gushed enough about this day?! There’s some of their sneak peeks here but so much more to come.

Turns out when you off capturing so many weddings, you don’t have time to post them to insta! Ahhh! Long time, no post! But we’re back tonight with an absolutely magnificent carousel of sneaky peeks from Maddy and Matt’s Tamborine Mountain Glades wedding day. We’ve just sent them their slideshow today, and we couldn’t keep these to ourselves for another minute.

They met through work, and there were lots of little nods to their love story, one of our faves was a toy dump truck full of flowers greeting guests! And, a cannoli smash instead of a cake cutting!

The whole day had a garden party / wildflower theme, and the flowers were spectacular. We loved that they walked straight into the reception and did their first dance, and everyone quickly joined in and danced right along with them. The energy in the amphitheatre was so special with everyone singing and dancing together, we felt really lucky to be part of it!

Haaaaappy slideshow delivery day to these gorgeous gals! Racheal and Sheneé got married at Tamborine Mountain Glades and we were so lucky to be by their sides to document their sweetest day in the rainforest. Can we take a moment for the bravery of these two in double wedding dresses up on that log over the creek?! And their sparkler first dance was magic!!
