mera, you'll find me baking something sweet, reading a good book, exploring with my family or walking our pup along the coast. I also manage admin for the business my husband and I run together - so life is always a little full, but always full of love. My photography journey actually started in the kitchen. I was really into baking cakes and desserts, and loved styling and photographing them before they were eaten - both for the creative side and to preserve something beautiful. But it wasn't until I had children of my own that I truly discovered the joy of photographing people. Capturing fleeting memories as my daughters grew quickly became so meaningful to me, and I realised I had found what really lights me up: storytelling through family portraiture. Now, photographing families, couples, newborns and mums-to-be feels like the most natural extension of who I am. Watching families connect, documenting love in all it's forms, and creating light-filled images that will be treasured for years to come β€” it fills my creative cup every single time. My Approach β€”
My sessions are guided yet relaxed - a mix of gentle posing and natural moments, with a focus on connection. I want you to feel comfortable, look your best, and walk away with images that reflect your love, your story and your season of life. To help ease the pressure, I can offer styling advice if requested an the option to use my curated client wardrobe for women, babies and children - so you can spend less time stressing and more time enjoying the experience.
