This week, I spent a day with some inspiring Esperance leaders, diving into Click Colours, team-building, and bringing it all together with Tuckman’s Model. I loved every moment of connecting and seeing those lightbulb moments happen!
Teaching has always been close to my heart. As a kid, I’d play “teachers” and later, in my hairdressing days, I loved training my apprentices. But my real leadership journey kicked off in 2021 with the Rising Leaders program through Leadership WA, thanks to the Mt Burdett Foundation. That’s when I knew I wanted to be up front, guiding others.
At the time, I was working at the Esperance Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI) as a business advisor, running workshops. I loved it but knew I wanted to do more. When I was later offered a role with RDA Goldfields Esperance to run the ERLI leadership program, I jumped at the chance and loved every minute, especially bringing accessible training to locals.
Now, I’m excited to offer my own workshops on topics I’m passionate about—like social media, photography, and team-building. I’m trained in Resilience at Work, the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile, Click Colours, and I’m an educator for the WA Recover College. Each tool is designed to support growth and self discovery.
If you’re interested in a workshop for your team, message me or check out my new website. And yes, I’m still doing photography and design too—variety keeps things interesting!
