Speedway season for me this year was a one hit wonder. Only managed to get out the once, but it was the biggest one yet.
The Sprintcars Power Tour lived up to the hype
Big names, lot of cars huge crowd and some bloody epic racing.
I worked on these shots for so long that I forgot to post them and then thought was there any point. But I put in so much time and effort for them to sit on my hard drive and never see the light of day.

I finally got to attended this year’s Meguiars Bathurst 12 Hour. Believe it or not it was actually my first time my the at mountain. Ive driven the track but never been during race meeting.
Incredible event, thoroughly enjoyed myself even if I was only there for 5hrs as I had to drive back to Sydney to start the arvo shift.
Next year ill make sure I have more time off so I can enjoy the whole weekend.

It’s Milky way season
Always a great time of year when you can look up and see the Galaxy above.
It’s the best time to see the Milky Way as the core is rising just after sunset and the sky is normally clearer with the colder air.
Getting away from the city lights always helps.

If your going to do seascape and chase the flow, expect to get wet, its all part of the adventure of photography.

Checking out the Narra Crack.

So it’s been a hot minute since I’ve ventured out for a sunrise sesh, it’s almost been 12 months. It’s one of my most favourite things to do, but since becoming a first time dad it hasn’t been high on the priority list.
But finally got to head out with to Mona Vale, conditions were absolute perfect for catching some flow, got treated to a bit of colour too. Had a ripper of a morning, felt so good to be back getting amongst it again.
