There's a version of you that exists right now and only right now.

The one who rests her hand on her belly without realising. The one who catches herself in the mirror and pauses. The one who is tired and full of love and a little bit nervous and so close to meeting them.

I'd love to photograph her.

My home studio is warm and quiet. The gowns are ready. The light through my windows in the morning is genuinely one of my favourite things. You bring yourself. And I'll take care of the rest.

I know how quickly it all moves.
The sleepless nights.
The feeds that blur into each other.
The tiny outfits already too small.

Right now, the days can feel so long. You’re tired, touched out, running on coffee and instinct. You’re counting naps, washing bottles, and wondering what day it even is.

But one day, you’ll look back and realise it all passed in a heartbeat.
You won’t remember every load of washing or every night you were awake at 3am.
You’ll just remember the feeling of them curled on your chest.
The softness of their cheeks.

This is baby Max 🤍

And I’m not even exaggerating when I say he is one of the sweetest, smiliest newborns I have ever met. The kind of baby who just melts into you and gives you those little sleepy grins that make your ovaries do backflips.

His beautiful mumma Danielle and I went through high school together, so when I heard she had welcomed her second baby into the world, I felt so incredibly happy for her. Watching someone you once sat in a classroom with become a mum of two just hits differently.

And big sister Bella… oh my goodness. She absolutely dotes on him. The gentle cuddles. The proud smiles. The way she watches over him like he’s the most precious thing on earth.

Safe to say this little boy has everyone wrapped firmly around his tiny fingers.

Welcome to the world, Max. You are already so very loved 🤍
