Today was a day where I got everything I needed to do done (main things) but that didnt fill the void i have been feeling today. Despite spending time with my horses whilst they eat their hay, picking up their p**p, cleaning the house, preparing dinner for tonight, doing the laundry and few minor things around I just couldn't calm my mind so thanks to my lovely friend i asked her if we could go for a spin for a bit she said yes and off we went. I told her I wanted to take a photo of these old road signs I saw when I first moved here, today was my lucky day this beautiful magpie didn't flinch or mind the movements and noises we were making. It sat happily until we were about to leave ourselves it flew off on its own journey in the opposite direction which gave me the thought of this quote. I feel wholesome. Though I think a cuppa tea, some bickies and a snuggle up in my dressing gown with a book feels more then enough comforting for today. Deep breaths and remember everyone is going through their own thing with their own mind. So be patient kind and supportive.
