Jessica Turale Photography Weddings + Couples + Beauty + Family + Travel There have been many moments in my life that I treasure & cherish. Jessica x x

They are irreplaceable, priceless & have found a home in my heart that only they can fill. From the moment I meet the love of my life at 14, to when we said our wedding vows in 2014. To the adventurous moments we share together exploring other areas of the world, to the moments of celebration in Tasmania with family & friends. Telling a story through photography & capturing moments to relive these

special memories is my passion. I specialise in capturing love stories at weddings & telling stories with beauty & fashion. My desire is to portray my clients unique personalities, in a documentary style with a creative touch. I have been shooting weddings for the last 10 years, & absolutely love my job. My business is run by myself & my talented husband James. He is the fantastic second shooter on my premium packages. Together we spend a quarter of the year during wedding season in Australia. While the rest of the year we volunteer in Africa, Mozambique, helping a global christian NGO & their children sponsorship program called, Stop For The One. (http://www.stopfortheone.org)

This is our true passion, seeing hope, education, housing, food & family reestablished in impoverished countries & communities. Our business supports us being able to give our time to volunteering in Africa. So in advance, if you make a booking, thank you for helping us change lives, we couldn't do it without you!

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” - Isaiah 6:8

God calls us by name and has a specific purpose for our lives. Sometimes that knowledge overwhelms us.

Did Mary feel qualified to fulfill her purpose—to carry the Son of God? No! Was she overwhelmed by the call of God on her life? I believe she must have been terrified! We don’t take lightly the overshadowing of God. We don’t take lightly hearing God calling us by name. It should undo us.

Why is it that God chooses frail human beings to carry out His will?

It is because He longs for relationship. He longs for participation with us. Father God wants sons and daughters who will bear His name and delight in doing His bidding, not nameless, faceless slaves or mindless clones.

God never forces Himself on us. He initiates and then asks us to respond. We have to choose to participate with Him. Like Isaiah, God does not force us to volunteer. He didn’t command Isaiah to go! He simply asked whether anyone was willing to go. Undone by His holiness and overawed by His majesty, Isaiah could not help but respond, “I’m here! I’ll go!”

Our Father wants to ignite passion within us, and He longs for us to respond with joyful obedience to His will for our lives.

If Holy Spirit comes upon us, our only response can be yes!

Dear friends and clients,
I am excited to announce that this month I am relocating with my family from Tasmania, Australia to Nashville, USA. 🇺🇸

**Unfortunately, this means I will no longer be taking any photography bookings in Australia, for the immediate future. **

I would like to express my gratitude to all of my loyal clients and followers for their support over the last 16 years.

My husband and I will be focusing our attention on serving the media needs of Iris Global, a Christian Humanitarian Non-for profit that we have been volunteering for internationally since 2016.

While still doing photography, I’ll be continuing to expand my portfolio with directing, film making and also some personal creative projects.

It has been an honor to capture your special moments and I look forward to seeing what the future holds.

The last few months my family has been in America finishing our Documentary NIFENTO, featuring the conflict in Mozambique and the people there on the ground. This is a Christian film showing the response to the terrorism, all while giving a voice to the victims.

It has been a film we have worked long and hard on, and are extremely excited to release.

We will be back in Tasmania for the wedding season the start of November, and look forward to shoot so many of your special days!
