The thing nobody tells you about being pregnant is how fast it actually goes.
You spend months waiting and then suddenly the baby's born, the bump is gone, and you can't quite remember what it felt like to carry them.
Maternity photos are one of the few ways to hold onto that part of the story.
Now booking across Brisbane and South East Queensland. Link in bio.

After a few years of running the business on the side around the day job and our three kids, I'm officially back behind the camera. Today's the relaunch.
What that means for you: more available dates, faster turnaround, refreshed pricing — and the same warm, relaxed sessions that have always been the point. Family, portrait, maternity and newborn, across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich.
Same things still apply. Pets are welcome. Kids can be kids. Sessions feel like a Saturday afternoon out rather than a stiff photo shoot.
New pricing is live — See the new collections and book your session: https://www.elliotlanghamphotography.com.au/services
Or DM me here and we'll plan something.

After work I took a quick walk, hoping to reconnect with wildlife photography — something that always grounds me.
I wasn’t expecting much… but nature had other plans.

A flash of teal and gold landed ahead of me: a Sacred Kingfisher.
Instead of bolting, it stayed.
For the next 20 minutes, it let me into its world — perching, scanning, and launching with that explosive precision kingfishers are known for.

They hunt by sitting high and absolutely still, watching for the slightest movement below before diving like an arrow.
The patience is theirs… but honestly, it felt like a reminder to me too.

A short after-work stroll turned into exactly what I needed.
Sometimes getting back into it isn’t about chasing the moment — it’s about letting it find you.

There’s something incredibly special about capturing a quiet moment — a growing bump, a new beginning, or happy moments shared as a family! This is why I do what I do.

I offer relaxed, on-location sessions around South East Queensland — for maternity, newborn, family, and engagement shoots — and I pour my heart into every frame.

You’ll receive a gallery of beautiful, natural images (25+), plus a little sneak peek within 48 hours so you don’t have to wait too long to relive the magic.

If you’ve been thinking about booking a session — or gifting one to someone you love — I’d love to chat.

Spotted this Little Wattlebird taking a quiet moment in the late afternoon light.

Not the flashiest bird out there, but there's something really striking about the soft feather details and that slightly curious, slightly cautious stare. These birds are common in parts of Australia, but every now and then, you catch one in just the right light—and it reminds you to slow down and notice the small things.

Arriving home from work after a busy day and sitting outside with the kids listening to the kookaburras laughing is one of the great joys in life.

“NOT A BEE EATER”, One of the amazing things about living in a country like this, is that wildlife is still relatively abundant. I can walk onto my back deck with my camera and photograph these amazing birds.
