Yesterday I was truly honoured by my lovely friend Georgia Politis - Darwin Professional Photographer
She asked me to be part of her series and when I looked at the amazing people that were also in this collection, I was very humbled. She is a real credit to Darwin.
Probably the most surprising thing tonight was having my teenage kids there and them being so incredibly proud that I was their dad. That moment and memory is a gift Georgia has given to me and I will forever cherish it! Thank you for being my friend Georgia ###

Well folks! This year marks our TENTH year doing Christmas photos “with a difference“ at Palmerston Shopping Centre
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed it year after year. We started out doing a very simple set with a black background and the focus of the experience being about holding some amazing snakes, lizards, birds, and turtles. It was just myself and Jaydene Chapman Studio - Professional Portrait & Pet Photography Darwin Nt the first year.
We only had one Santa slogging it out that year as well! The one and only Ernie Higgins! Without him, it would’ve failed!!!
It has now has turned into large and extremely intricate, expensive and detailed sets in three different shopping centres!!!

Sooooooo my question to you wonderful people of Darwin is….. how should we mark this magical milestone of ten years here at Palmerston Shopping Centre???
Any cool theme ideas? Promotional ideas? Let me hear ya!!!! ❤️🎅🎄🤶🏼🦌

My team and I that had the pleasure of working with Peter Gibson in December 2024 at Casuarina Square would like to give our thoughts and best wishes to his family. We've just found out that he passed away a few days ago. He was a lovely fella that was excited about being Santa for what he wanted to be his 10th and final year at Casuarina Square. Many of my friends had been going to him specifically since their kids were babies because he was such a gentleman and of course had a very convincing beard and good sense of humour!
Rest in peace Peter. You brought the magic of Christmas to life for many many families during one of the most special times of the year.

Now I’ve said before that I get my Christmas Crazy from my mother! I think about Christmas all the time and so does she. She has just bought these in Canada for my studios here! So you will always see a little piece of my mother in the background detail of your photos in all of my sets. 😍🎅🧑‍🎄🤶🏼🎄🌲🦌
