Fresh 48 hours ✨❤️

Is it just me or do these images scream postpartum. Every time I see these hospital glass cribs it takes me back to those very special moments of my life. The moments I met my beautiful babies and lapped up all those new born snuggles 😍🥰

Everything is sore, your b***s, your body, your shoulders EVERYTHING ohhh but your heart is ever so full ❤️😭

Both these times of my life are truely enriched into my heart and sole. Moments I will never ever forget and often find myself daydreaming about these times ✨❤️

There is something so extremely powerful and beautiful about the connection between birthing parents.

When a man supports his woman during birth, the birth of their child and ultimately the birth of their love. Reborn in its own essence of a love child 😍❤️

Everything transforms once that child is born. A life you once knew is gone and a new season blossoms.

This man didn’t leave his beautiful woman’s side the whole time.

I’ve really enjoyed being creative lately ❤️❤️

I find it comes so naturally to me to capture the connection between and mother and a newborn in the postpartum phase.

For me personally this newborn postpartum phase is my most favourite and treasured time. With every week bringing new changes and growth of your bubba I’m slowly crying at night with sadness that they are growing before my eyes 😭😭 that beautiful newborn phase just doesn’t last.

She’s looking up at her mummy and holds onto her finger 🥺🥺😭😭 are you ready to start this journey together mummy??? Honestly though have you seen anything more pure?? Instant love, we did it baby girl we did it together ❤️❤️

Everytime I am invited into a woman’s birthing space I am filled with so much honour. Their truely is nothing like capturing a woman birth her baby into this world.

Let’s talk pain relief.

Everyone’s birth is so unique to them. Did you take advantage of any pain relief options during your birth?

Confession.... I used the gas with my first child and I had it confiscated from me like an naughty child at school because I was using it too much 🤣

I also used pethidine in both births. It was more of a mental relief than a physical relief for me personally.

What did you use???
