Hannah + Ryan defied the Daintree weather and said their “I do’s” with the sun shining, surrounded by all their favourite people, with their two little ones, Delta + Hayden, right by their side 💍🌞🍃

It was intimate, relaxed, full of love and just the sweetest kind of day. The kind where it really didn’t matter if the weather had other plans — they were just bloody happy to be there, getting married to their person, with their favourite humans around them. 🥹

And honestly… the Daintree pulled through and gave us the most beautiful little pocket of sunshine. 🌿☀️

Well… the secrets out! 🤫🤍💍

Back in June, Meg & Jessee packed up, headed out to Cobbold Gorge and quietly got married surrounded by just their parents and their two beautiful girls. No big announcement. No crowd. No one else knew.

Just the people they loved most, the two of them, and one pretty incredibly special place. 🏞️

And then they kept the biggest secret of all… until now. 🥹

They finally got to share the news with their friends and family at a special gathering, and I’m so damn happy I can finally share these too.

Being asked to photograph this day was incredibly special. I’ve had the joy of photographing Meg & Jessee and their two girls before, so being invited along for this chapter felt like such an honour.

It was my first destination wedding, which included a 7-hour drive to Cobbold Gorge, with these two kindly welcoming my family along for the adventure too.

There was something pretty magic about getting to witness a wedding that wasn’t about putting on a show for everyone else. It was just them. Their family. Their love. Their little secret.

Meg & Jessee, thank you for trusting me with something so special, and for letting me be part of an adventure I’ll never forget.

And now… finally… I can share just how beautiful your secret day was. 🤎✨

Jordan & Owen’s day was the sweetest reminder that weddings don’t have to be big to be incredibly meaningful. Surrounded by their closest loved ones, they exchanged the most heartfelt vows — the kind that had us all little emotional 🥹 Amy McDonald

Their laid-back, easy-going personalities made the whole afternoon feel so relaxed and genuine, and their love for each other was impossible to miss.

After their intimate ceremony, we headed down to Palm Cove for a little afternoon stroll, soaking up the sunshine, the palms and some just-married moments 🌴✨📸
