Rubix Estate is not your average industrial estate. The final piece at Rubix has been completed and is occupied by Auto parts group Frasers Property Australia has developed the estate over 5 years and I’ve been fortunate to photograph each of the twelve facilities either during construction or at their completion. Very few warehouses can boast a wetlands location but the idyllic setting and attention to detail by CIP Constructions made this building a pleasure to photograph. A few images showing the whole estate and wetlands are included here.
