The new IVE Group facility at Frances Drive is ready to go.
Four years after photographing the first development at Rubix Estate, it was great to document the warehouses built on the last two remaining sites, built by CIP Builders for Frasers Property Industrial.
It’s been a privilege to photograph the estate’s evolution and to work with such consistent, high-calibre teams across developer, builder and client. Watching a project evolve over several years is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. The development of the Rubix Estate has contributed 12 warehouses around a significant wetland in this Dandenong South logistics neighbourhood.
I enjoy showing these huge projects within the big picture of their location, but am always just as interested highlighting the small elements in each that set them apart.
