I can't begin to express how lucky I am to call this beautiful place my home!

I was walking along my local beach a couple of days ago, taking in the serenity of the calm waters. Far too cold for swimming so the beach was empty and there was not a person in sight. It was the perfect chance for me to stand there for a moment to appreciate how beautiful and precious our oceans are.

I think we all need to take more time to appreciate the beauty and wonders of nature. Just standing on the empty beach listening to the gentle waves rolling in was incredibly theraputic and caused my constantly over-working mind to actually stop and be still with me.
Incredibly satisfying and an experience worth treasuring!😌
