Attention PHOTOGRAPHERS!

It’s time to start locking in your Christmas location hires! I know it’s crazy! I usually start advertising my own sessions in July so trust me it’s time to lock in dates. I only need a deposit this far out with due date being mid September.
*economy is crap so I’ve left hire rates at 2025 rates
* Stock galleries available, no I can’t set up Xmas for promo shoots before October (each space takes a day to set up).
*Llamas are avaliable as roaming llamas (part of the scenery doing their own thing), if you would like them as hand feeding sessions you need a handler and this costs more.
* no dogs are permitted to the cottage, tree farm or llama area (llamas hate dogs)
* dogs are permitted to the milk truck and glasshouse (however you must tell me if accepting dog bookings (we have 6 dogs here that need to be locked up)
* unless I can’t deliver the offering there are no refunds. Outdoor locations reschedules are permitted if we have bad weather (pending us both being able to find an alternative date), we can also move you to an indoor studio (again pending availability). We do our absolute best to come up with solutions for our photographers if weather hits.
*please book the time you actually need. It’s your responsibility to sell your sessions. Pending availability you can always add more time to your booking. If I have held 4hrs for you and you only need 2hrs I cannot fill that time in October.
*we have one eco toilet on site for photographers. Clients coming for minis are not expected to need a toilet.
*each location comes styled. If you plan to change the styling that’s fine but allow time in your booking to do so as we probably have back to back bookings in silly season.
*the cottage is the premium location - it has its own carpark, AC and 4 sets to shoot in.
