Holly + Ray celebrated two weddings recently. This being the first.
“Why would someone get married twice?”
It’s something I get asked more than you’d think… and the answer is actually really beautiful.
Sometimes couples choose to have a private, intimate ceremony just days before their bigger wedding.
Not because the big day doesn’t matter or the people involved……
but because they want space for something quieter, slower, and deeply personal.
A moment where the nerves fall away.
Where there’s no timeline, no audience… just the two of them, fully present.
Then later, they celebrate.
With their people, the people that mean so much to them. With laughter, hugs, and a full dance floor.
It’s not about doing it twice.
It’s about experiencing it in two completely different ways.
And honestly?
There’s something incredibly special about witnessing both.
