A love letter to a life chapter that nurtured me and pushed me forward, ever so gently.
🥲 I am tearing up writing a caption for this post. It takes me back to this very venue, and to my very first model call in Sale, Victoria; this is the gallery that catapulted my Bo***ir dreams out of my head and into the world. This is the gallery that landed me a SOLD OUT photoshoot day with and .
Sale, I think about you often. You welcomed me with warmth and open arms. The amount of support and encouragement I received as a new person and business simply wandering in to a small country town, intrinsically lingers. You were so good to me. I still remember the very moment I found out I was going to be moving there… I was sitting on the couch upstairs and received a phone call. A whole new state and much much sooner than expected. However, this was a turning point for me in terms of learning to listen to my gut. Despite the words I was hearing through the phone, I felt strangely calm and oddly optimistic. The universe just knew I had nothing to worry about. I landed a fantastic job and ended up working with the most incredible colleagues, and my photography business started to grow.
What a beautiful chapter in my life. How lucky am I to have it to reflect back on. I will go back one day, and it will be wonderful.
To each and every one of you who were there at the start, and who continue to show up for me, thank you 🥹 I see you there in my notifications and I feel love for you.
I think I can safely say that I am no longer a business seedling, but a bud! Still young in my business but so close to flowering - I can just feel it!
