Just a friendly reminder.. I am off to Queensland today to look after family for a bit ..I'll be back on Monday 24th August. In the mean time .. the Salon will open 9am to 4 pm Monday Thursday & Friday & 9.30am to 4 pm Tues & Wednesday according to the hours that staff work. Please be patient with them as they will both be working on their own & having to accomodate walk ins, basin work , clean up & answering the phone as iu'm not there. Bookings are even more important as we are increasing with new clients and it is getting harder to just walk in & get an appointment. Regards to all.

When we say we are booked solid and can't fit you in .. its because we can't. We usually give up our lunch break and squeeze you in at a push or we tag team with another staff member so we can go above and beyond. But its got to a stage where this causes us a back log and inconvenience. SO .. we politely ask if you can do the following....................

Round 2... this is only 1 picture of probably 3 I could have taken.. never the less this is what I got out from the fringe area only. But round 2 meant we have progressed to being able to actual get a comb to go through the hair. Also since round 1 on monday gone the scalp has lifted & now flaking as a sign of healing ..which is just great, the client is sleeping and feeling better inherself, not feeling a painful head, has less itching , & we also were able to clean up the whole scalp, so no more dried clumps of eggs & blood are stuck to her head.

It's the off peak season for these blighters. But here we are with a level 5 infestation in winter. Never the less, it's a big job...but we trudge forward in our assistance. This lady needed help..so that what we are doing. She rang me today to tell me I was right..she got the best nights sleep she's had in a long time & that's just with 1 treatment... a few more to go.. working on that egg build up tomorrow.
