I just realised how lucky ALL of my acquaintances are.

All of you have had the immense privilege and joy of knowing me for the past 73 years. The best part is, that I will more than likely be around for a bit longer too.

I look at our life as a game of chess .
You are white
You make the 1st move followed by black (everyone else who you come in contact with)
Your next series of moves will possibly determine the outcome of the game. Do you attack directly, side step what has been presented to you or retreat.

This is why the game can take a considerable time to play out. Much the same in life.

Calm people, might I suggest will take their time and consider all possible alternatives.

Calling on thee brains trust.
Need some guidance please.
Is there any one confused with the technology of today?
What I am talking about is, I am trying to understand how to perform certain types of tasks with my smart phone and tablet so that what happens on one is reflected in the other. Yes I know that is called synchronisation but here is the kicker. What happens when that doesn't work? Where does one go to find out,?

Might make a suggestion here. The younger generations of today have been raised on technology, they know nothing but
Not only do they know so much but I am sure that there are some of those people who are of high school age.
Would it be nice if the school could organise a few of these tech students to assist us oldies with these problems?

Anyhow I suppose I can live in hope

I received a reminder notice today from Boomers Australia, informing me that my used by date is approaching and asking me if I was intending to purchase an extension period of 5, 10 or 15 years. Of course I replied immediately by selecting a 15 year period for the some of $150.00 per annum. But before I forward my first annual payment, I thought it was pertinent to investigate if there was a service agreement and if so would it caver parts and labour. Upon further reading I am now satisfied that I am fully covered for the next 15 years and there is a clause with in which shows that I am entitled to a retrospective refund if I don't make it to 2038.
So with that my wife and I are going to ensure that the kids inhabitants is FULLY exhausted by spending $150.00 per annum.
