A few years back, I was asked to document Lisa and Matt's love story. Firstly, their engagement and then the wedding.
Now years down the track, I have been asked to capture another very special and highly anticipated journey into parenthood.
I wish Lisa and Matt all the best over the coming weeks and can not wait to hear the news of a new little baby 🥰

One of my closest friends asked me to capture some family portraits for her mother's birthday gift this year.
It was a privilege to work alongside this beautiful family and present them with a gallery they can look back on in years to come. Children grow so quickly, and it's wonderful to share in this journey with such a special childhood friend

I have not posted for a long while but still capturing some very gorgeous families this entire time. I may have a crazy bit of backlog, but I might get some previous sessions loaded now we are at home on flood watch, with zero work or Uni! xx

If you are wondering why I have been off, well, we have been busy taking in our new special little addition, Dusty Miller Newby. I will always be so grateful for my background in photography and how I have been able to have each of my births documented so that I can look back on after the haze of labour and birth has passed. I can not thank my student midwife enough for jumping on the camera when the unexpected started to unfold and we had a breech baby on our hands and an unplanned (my first-ever operation) cesarean section. My birth photos are always something I have to remember the truly unique and amazing journey we go on to bring each special baby into this world
