Thank you Halz and Damon, it has been a privilege and a true honour getting to know you all and capturing your special story.

Capturing Hayley and Damon’s wedding was not just my final job; it was the ultimate culmination of everything I have learned, felt, and created over a 30-year career.
This day was a profound journey that beautifully encapsulated the very essence of love and great losses, commitment with unwavering strength, and the unbreakable family bonds. Having previously had the privilege of capturing Keet’s and Brock’s wedding, returning to document Keet’s sister, Haylz, and her wonderful husband, Damon, felt like a complete, beautiful circle.
When you care for a family as deeply as I do theirs, you don’t just record their moments, you feel the entire day right alongside them, and I am filled with overwhelming gratitude for that connection.

Dear Rose and the late, dearly loved and missed Ash, your daughters carry themselves with your teachings and they are the greatest and most humble souls on this planet. Thank you again for inviting me to encapsulate this wonderful milestone.

I also feel deeply appreciative of their incredible decorator, Tez, whose unwavering kindness, and support over the years have meant the world to me. Thanks again Tez, you truly hold heart and care in what you do for your clients.

Dear Haylz and Damon, these words only scratch the surface of the true honour it was to preserve these cherished memories for you. Your wedding film is in the making, and I cannot wait to share this with you.

Thank you for allowing me and my lens to tell your story in your very own unique story, and for giving me the most meaningful final chapter a creator could ever ask for.

Reports have surfaced regarding unethical 'transfer of ownership' claims and unauthorised publishing by a QLD-based international company. These reports include allegations of bullying, harassment, and targeted review-bombing tactics.

Copyright: Whether you’re using a $10k cinema camera or an iPhone, if you took the shot, you own the copyright.

If you are working in the wedding industry, here is what you need to know about your rights under the Australian Copyright Act 1968:

1️⃣ You are the Owner: You own the footage by default. Handing over files is NOT handing over copyright.

2️⃣ Moral Rights: You have a legal right to be credited.
No credit = a breach of your rights.

3️⃣ Unauthorised Editing: No one can legally re-edit your original photos or videos or publish your work online or to magazines without your consent.

4️⃣ Music Matters: Capturing a DJ's set "ambiently" doesn't give you the right to use it in a video. You need a Sync License from APRA AMCOS/ARIA.

😡 BULLYING 😡

1️⃣ If you are being pressured to hand over your Intellectual Property without a signed "Transfer of Ownership" agreement.

2️⃣ If you are being targeted by "1-star review bombing" in an attempt to intimidate you.

3️⃣ If you have received bullying or harassment targeted tactics that has forced you into uncomfortable situations.

Please follow your instincts and take action! If any of the above applies to you, please contact me, legal action is underway.

Don’t let your hard work be built into someone else’s alleged "luxury brand" for free.
