Iris & Digby had the most beautiful wedding day. 🤍
A day that was never about putting on a show, but simply about love, about two people choosing each other, and bringing their closest family and friends together for a wonderful celebration.
Iris and Digby are two genuinely kind-hearted people, always thinking of others before themselves. Their love is quiet and understated, gentle and steady. This kind of love that grows deeper with time.
While I was there to document the quiet, intimate moments of their love, I was lucky enough to also capture those unexpected bursts of excitement, laughter and pure joy. Those little moments that make a wedding day so incredibly special.
I feel truly grateful to have been there to witness and preserve it all.
Wishing Iris & Digby a lifetime of happiness, a love that continues to grow, and many, many beautiful years together.
May you always hold each other’s hands, and may your hearts always beat as one. 🤍
Congratulations, Iris & Digby. 🥂

Some love stories begin in the most unexpected places.

Jodie grew up in Balmain, Sydney, vibrant, warm, and unapologetically herself. A passionate performer, she’s spent years chasing her dreams in the entertainment industry with heart and determination. Tom, on the other hand, grew up in London. An engineer by profession, he is calm, thoughtful, and every bit the gentleman.

Two people from opposite sides of the world found each other in London, where their story began.

For their wedding day, they chose to return to where it all started for Jodie, Balmain. Surrounded by the people who have loved and supported them throughout their lives, they exchanged vows and became husband and wife in the place that will always feel like home.

It was an incredibly emotional day. There wasn’t a dry eye among their family and friends as they witnessed two beautiful souls promising forever to one another.

It was such an honour to capture a love story that feels both deeply grounded and wonderfully adventurous.

A special thank you to my dear friend Robyn Robyn Pattison Celebrant for introducing me to this truly incredible couple. Your trust and friendship mean the world, and I’m so grateful to have been part of such a meaningful celebration.

Congratulations, Jodie & Tom. May your next chapter be filled with endless love, laughter, and unforgettable adventures together. 🤍

What an unforgettable day celebrating Shirley & Ming! 🤍✨

From a beautiful ceremony at Mint to an amazing reception at Alpha Dining, every moment was filled with love, laughter, and so much joy.

If you know Ming, you know he’s a huge Pokémon fan. And yes, he was still playing Pokémon GO on his wedding day! 😂 Shirley is a fan too, which made it even more fun and perfectly “them.”

The wedding was absolutely stunning. Every detail was beautifully styled, and Shirley loved the decorations so much. Seeing their smiles throughout the day made it all even more special.

It was a day full of happy moments, wonderful people, and unforgettable memories. Congratulations again, Shirley & Ming! Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and maybe a few legendary Pokémon catches together. 💍❤️🎉

Some sessions stay with you long after they’re over.

Xyrus and Hoffman travelled all the way from Hong Kong for their pre-wedding photoshoot in Sydney. I still remember the first time Xyrus reached out to me, through Instagram, email, and even WhatsApp. I was genuinely impressed by her determination, and I knew this was going to be something special.

Before the shoot, we barely spoke. We quickly settled on a simple plan: the rocks, a city walk, and Bondi Beach. That was it.

But from the moment we met, it never felt like we were strangers. We spent the day talking, laughing, and sharing stories about our lives as if we’d known each other for years. Those are the moments I love most: when the camera becomes almost invisible, and everything feels effortless and real.

Thank you, Xyrus and Hoffman, for trusting me completely. Thank you for embracing all of my crazy ideas without hesitation, and for allowing me to capture not just beautiful photos, but genuine moments that reflect who you are together.

I don’t usually make posts for pre-wedding sessions... but this one deserves it. 🤍

Here’s to your next chapter together. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventures.

The forecast called for rain.
The days before were wet. The days after were wet.
But for Mando & Emily‘s wedding day, the clouds parted and Sydney delivered the most beautiful sunshine, as if the day had been reserved just for them.
At Sergeants’ Mess, overlooking the harbour, family and friends gathered to celebrate a love story years in the making. There were tears, endless laughter, warm embraces, and a dance floor full of pure happiness.
Some weddings are beautiful because of the venue.
Some weddings are beautiful because of the styling.
And then there are weddings like this one, beautiful because every single person in the room was genuinely thrilled to be there.
A perfect day for two wonderful people.
Congratulations, Mando & Emily 🤍

Mando and Emily’s story is simple, but deeply real.
They both love travelling, climbing, and sharing life’s little adventures together. Emily has such a unique sense of style, even Mando’s outfits are chosen with her touch. When I asked them what they do most together, their answer was simple: walking Skylar every day.
So this session became a recap of their most authentic day, the little moments, the quiet routines, and the love they’ve built together.
And tomorrow, they’ll be stepping into marriage.
Wishing them all the luck, love, and happiness in this new chapter together. 🤍

Two years of love, growth, and always putting each other first 🤍
Grace describes Lochlan as devoted, someone who always tries his very best to be the best partner he can be. And honestly, you can feel it in the way they look at each other, support each other, and make each other a priority every single day.
What made this shoot even more special is that Lochlan had actually proposed just a few days before our session… so this wasn’t just a couple shoot. It was truly their engagement shoot 🥹💍
Lochlan took every detail seriously, wanting to create something meaningful for this new chapter together. From quiet moments to endless laughter, everything about this session felt genuine, warm, and full of love.
Can’t wait to see where life takes these two next ✨

Bella and Oliver’s wedding was filled with so much love and care.
One of the most touching moments was seeing Bella’s parents, along with many of their family and friends, travel all the way from Taiwan to be there and witness their big day. Oliver’s dad was also present, and although his mum had passed away years ago, Bella and Oliver made sure she was still part of the celebration. They reserved a special seat beside his father, placing a bouquet there, a quiet, beautiful gesture that said everything.
What truly stood out was how much heart they poured into this wedding. From planning every detail to arranging transportation for their loved ones, they took on almost everything themselves. Not for show, but simply because they cared. Because they loved. And because this day meant everything to them.
A celebration built on love, in its purest form.

Heidi and Stephen celebrated their love with a beautiful wedding at Lindsay House, followed by an elegant evening reception at Doltone House.

He is vibrant, expressive, and full of life; she is calm, thoughtful, and quietly strong. Two souls, so different in nature, yet perfectly balanced, like yin and yang, complementing and completing each other in the most effortless way.

Their day was a reflection of that harmony: joyful, intimate, and deeply meaningful. From the soft moments they shared to the laughter that filled the room, every detail told a story of love that thrives in contrast and connection.

Here’s to a lifetime of balance, passion, and growing together. 🤍

Iris and Digby, two introverts who found something extraordinary in each other.

They met through work, and Digby was instantly drawn to Iris (even thinking she was the chatty one… though Iris might disagree 🤭). Not long after, COVID changed the pace of the world. But for them, it became a time of endless conversations and deeper connection.

Somewhere along the way, Iris fell for Digby’s sincerity. What started quietly grew into something undeniable. And as the world reopened, they chose to build a life together.

When I asked what meant the most to them, Iris didn’t hesitate, Digby’s proposal at Long Reef.

And just like that, this engagement session was born. ✨
