You can have the most beautiful photos in the world… and still remember a bad experience every time you look at them.
I was reminded of this recently while trying to buy a car.
The car itself was great. The photos of it online were great. The price was (eventually) fine.
But the process? Not so much.
I left feeling like I wasn’t listened to, I wasn’t valued, and honestly… I just didn’t enjoy the experience.
And that’s the thing about business — people don’t only remember what they got. They remember how they felt getting it.
Yes, I want my clients to walk away with beautiful, professional images they’re proud to use.
But I also want them to remember feeling comfortable, guided, confident and genuinely looked after throughout the whole process.
Because when you’re already nervous about being in front of a camera, the experience matters just as much as the final photos.
(Also… while we’re talking about good experiences 😂 I’m currently on the hunt for a Subaru Outback in Canberra. If you know someone selling one, send me a DM!)
