A little love letter to Canberra 🤎
We’ve been sitting on this carousel for a while trying to choose just a handful of favourites from the years we’ve spent photographing here and honestly… it was almost impossible.
Canberra has been such a huge part of New Light Creative. It’s where this little business has grown, where we’ve photographed so many beautiful families, weddings, newborns, growing bumps and all the in-between moments.
So many of these photos hold a little piece of this place for us. Not just because of the locations, but because of the people we’ve had the privilege of photographing in them.
There’s been many golden hours spent shooting at Cooleman Ridge, squishy newborn cuddles at home, stunning weddings and so many beautiful seasons of life documented 📷
A few weeks ago we shared that our family would be relocating to the Barrington Coast and after nearly 14 years of calling Canberra home… that move has now happened. So bittersweet!
Before we share more about this next chapter, we just wanted to take a moment to look back and say thank you to the place that has given us so much 🤎
Thankfully we will be back in September and again in October to visit family and take on sessions, if you’d like to schedule something in, we’d love to hear from you!
