​Clause 2: "One quick test shot" is a legally binding lie that actually means forty minutes of me muttering about aperture.

What do you get when you mix a stunning mama, two adventurous boys, and a pack of happy dogs? The most perfect motherhood session ever. Dakota and her little ones were a dream to photograph. Hello, I’m Rach. it’s about time I properly introduce myself.

I grew up on property and have had a camera in my hand since 2021, then started Rachael-Anne Photography in 2023. I have such a love and appreciation for the rural lifestyle, which is why I naturally fell into rural weddings and lifestyle sessions. But honestly, I just love capturing real moments, wherever they happen, the quiet in-between moments, the big milestones, and everything in between.

I’m a big introvert until you meet me, and I’m very laid back. I’ll probably be a little quiet at first, but once I’m behind the camera I’m completely in my element. I’ve been telling myself I’ll show up more on here, but I cringe every time I try to film something. I definitely belong behind the camera haha!

I just want to say I’m so grateful for every single one of you who has followed along and supported our growing business.

It honestly means more than I can put into words. I’m so glad you’re part of this little community we’re building, and I truly hope I get to work with each and every one of you at some point. 🤎

I had the amazing opportunity to head out to Epeik Farms to cover the Cocktails in the Sunflowers event today! If you know me, you know I am a total introvert when it comes to events, so this was a massive step outside my comfort zone.

I’m so glad I pushed through the nerves because the golden light and the community energy were absolutely worth it. 🌻
