Sooooooo something happened that l wasn't prepared for........
Yesterday I had the worse chest pain and over heating, the beautiful girls l work with called the ambos and saved my life.
38 and I had a heart attack........
Please guys listen to your body. I've been so stressed out lately, not eating, drinking or sleeping good and work was consuming me. I went from elevated heart rates 6 weeks ago at 158 bpm for hours to now at 38 bpm and a tear in my heart wall and 3003 troponin levels.
I have more scans once again tomorrow but this heart attack has taught me a few things already and I need to heal now before working.
Want to apolagize to everyone that i had to cancel shoots with, in the sunflowers at Epeik Farming at Rubivale π» I feel so terrible and when l get onto heeling I will try my hardest to make it up to you.
