Sales & Administration Assistant – Underwater Photography & Diving Equipment
Are you a certified scuba diver with a passion for underwater photography looking for a stable, long-term role in the dive industry?
Digital Diver is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Admin Assistant to join our small team of 3 in our Cairns retail store!
What You’ll Be Doing:
• In-Store Sales: Assisting in-store customers and supporting day-to-day retail store operations.
• Wholesale & B2B Accounts: Managing customer accounts, processing orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Sales & Supplier Support: Supporting our sales reps, customers, and suppliers via phone, email, and social media.
• Product Expertise: Learning and sharing our awesome range of underwater photo and dive gear!
Who We’re Looking For:
• Certified Scuba Diver with an interest in underwater photography.
• Confident communicator with great attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook, social media).
• Established in Cairns & looking for a stable, long-term, store-based role.
📍 Location: Cairns, QLD (In-Store / On-Site Position)
⏱️ Hours: Casual (38 hrs/week) – Maternity leave cover with strong potential for permanent full-time!
