Last night, we said goodbye to our beautiful boy, Vader.
For ten incredible years, he was part of our family. We had him from the very beginning, and somehow, even a decade never feels like enough time. People always say they have the best dog, but Vader truly was something special. He was gentle beyond words, endlessly kind, and loved with his whole heart.
He adored everyone. Kids, cats, little dogs, anyone lucky enough to meet him. If there was a ball to chase, a game of tug of war to win, water to splash in, or simply a spot beside us, Vader was happy. He never asked for much, just to be near his people.
The house feels impossibly quiet today. Our hearts are heavy, and the ache of losing him is immense. He was more than a dog. He was family, a protector, a best friend, and a constant source of love.
We will miss you every single day, Vader. Thank you for ten years of loyalty, laughter, and unconditional love. You were, and always will be, the very best boy.
