BullsNest Closing Early for Christmas

As some of you might be aware, my Ankylosing Spondylitis has deteriorated significantly in the last 6 months and I have been really struggling.

So I am taking an extended Christmas break and will be closing early this year, from Monday, 14 December.

With the increase in AI tools, it is easy to say it can easily be done. It can be done, but frankly you do need a bit of photoshop experience as well as sometimes the results are far from perfect!

However, this is an example of AI assisted removal of clutter from a property. So that it can be presented in its best light.

I would definitely ensure that any AI decluttering comes with a banner on the image that digital edits have been done as sometimes the assets can be affected, or you not even know they were there if there is a lot to remove.

It is always best to have clutter removed from major assets - windows, kitchen assets like stove tops, sinks etc and also show at least some of the flooring as we have to work from something, but then you can let us work our magic.

As I have always said, it is 100% better to have that clutter removed IRL "in real life" (as my daughter would say) as any image that has been digitally edited can create and element of distrust. However we do our best to provide an inviting image for buyers to come and see for themselves.

I know that this property resulted in a huge amount of attendees at the open home which in turn resulted in a lot of of offers, which is exactly hat you want - people to come see the property for themselves, and a little help to let them imagine what the property truly could be like.
