ᴅᴀʀᴋ ᴄʜᴏᴄᴏʟᴀᴛᴇ-ᴘᴇᴀɴᴜᴛ ʙᴜᴛᴛᴇʀ ᴄᴜᴘs 🍫 ⠀

For all dark chocolate lovers, the peanut butter and chocolate cups are ready and you wouldn’t like to miss them‼️🙋🏼‍♀️⠀
These homemade beauties are simple, fun, vegan, sugar free, gluten free and so Heavenly!! 🌱🌈🧡 Plus they are 𝗡𝗢 𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗘 and too easy to make with just 4 ingredients and pretty good for you too! 😱👏⠀

#͟t͟i͟ ͟ps͟b͟e͟e͟:͟ You can make the cups either with crunchy or the smooth version, however the crunchy one will provide an extra tasty bite🤤. Also, If you'd like a softer chocolate you can do a chocolate ganache instead of melted chocolate by adding some warm coconut cream over the chocolate chips or chopped bars, let sit for 2-3 minutes while the chocolate melts and whisk until smooth and well combined💥⠀

R͟e͟c͟i͟ ͟pe͟ (makes 4-6):⠀
✔︎200g vegan-friendly dark chocolate⠀
✔︎2 tbsp coconut oil 🥥⠀
✔︎4-6 tbsp peanut butter crunchy🥜🧈⠀
✔︎3 tsp frozen raspberries ⠀

S͟t͟e͟ ͟ps͟:͟⠀
1️⃣Melt 100g vegan-friendly dark chocolate with one tbsp of coconut oil (using a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth) and add to bun cases.⠀
2️⃣Place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes⠀
3️⃣Add one tbsp of peanut butter to each buncase.⠀
4️⃣Sprinkle 1/2 tsp frozen raspberries into each bun case.⠀
5️⃣Melt another 100g vegan dark chocolate with the remaining tbsp of coconut oil and pour over each bun case.⠀
6️⃣Freeze for another 10 minutes to set, peel the paper off, sprinkle with more raspberries and enjoy!✨⠀

ᴠᴇɢᴀɴ ᴍɪɴᴇsᴛʀᴏɴᴇ sᴏᴜᴘ 💫⠀

This vegan minestrone soup recipe is packed with nutrition and flavour. With plenty of vegetables, beans, greens and pasta for a deliciously healthy, hearty and comforting meal! It’s simple, easy to make and a recipe keeper for sure! 👆🏻💥⠀

For these cooler months Warm up with a big bowl of this Vegan Minestrone Soup 🤍⠀

i͟n͟ ͟gr͟e͟d͟i͟e͟n͟t͟s͟ (approx 5 servings):⠀

2 tbsp vegetable oil⠀
1 onion, finely chopped 🧅 ⠀
4 garlic cloves minced 🧄 ⠀
2 celery ribs, chopped ⠀
2 carrots, chopped 🥕 ⠀
1 sweet or regular potato, cubed 🍠⠀
1 tsp dried oregano⠀
1 tsp dried thyme⠀
1 tsp smoked paprika⠀
5 cups vegetable broth⠀
1 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes 🍎⠀
1/2 cup pasta shells ⠀
1 can of red kidney beans⠀
1 cup shredded kale⠀
salt & pepper to taste 🧂 ⠀
1 big handful fresh parsley, chopped⠀

 ͟pr͟o͟c͟e͟s͟s͟:⠀

👉🏻Heat oil over high heat in a very large pot.⠀
👉🏻Add the onion, garlic, carrot, celery and a pinch of salt. Cook for until the vegetables are tender and the onions are turning translucent, about 7 to 10 minutes.⠀
👉🏻Add the potato and spices and mix everything together, then add the vegetable broth and crushed tomatoes.⠀
👉🏻Raise heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, place lid on and let simmer until the potatoes are soft.⠀
👉🏻Add the pasta, beans and kale and continue cooking until the the pasta is cooked.⠀
👉🏻Taste, adjust the seasoning.⠀
👉🏻Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy 🌈⠀

ᴠᴇɢᴀɴ ᴄʜᴏᴄᴏʟᴀᴛᴇ ᴄʜɪᴘ ᴄᴏᴏᴋɪᴇs 🍪 ⠀

These vegan chocolate chip cookies are the best ever! 😍 They are soft, chewy, slightly-crunchy, perfectly sweet, chocolatey and delicious as regular chocolate chip cookies. And the good news is they are super EASY to make with simple ingredients and in just one bowl. 🙌🏻💥⠀

Think that chocolate chip cookies can’t be made vegan and healthy, and still taste like the real deal? 🤔 Then check it out yourself👇🏻⠀

𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 (for aprox 13 cookies):⠀

1 cup raw sugar⠀
1/2 cup of 100% natural sweetener⠀
1/2 cup of coconut oil 🥥 ⠀
1 tsp vanilla⠀
1/4 cup non-dairy milk 🥛 ⠀
1 tsp sea salt 🧂 ⠀
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour⠀
1 tsp baking soda⠀
1/2 cup walnuts⠀
100 gr Baking Dark Chocolate Block 🍫 ⠀

𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:⠀

✔︎Mix the sugar & sweetener with the coconut oil and salt⠀
✔︎Add milk and vanilla. Stir until well-combined.⠀
✔︎Add in the flour and baking soda⠀
✔︎Gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.⠀
✔︎Form 12 small balls of cookie dough and leave them in the freezer for 20 min.⠀
✔︎Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper around 2-inches apart from each other, as they spread.⠀
✔︎Bake for 15/20 mins at 180°C degrees until they just start to brown and become golden.⠀
Then allow them to cool on a baking rack and Enjoy :)⠀

ᴇɴᴇʀɢʏ ʙᴀʟʟs💥⠀

This is hands down the best and easiest post-workout snack or after-dinner treat.🔥⠀

Whether it’s first thing in the morning or mid-afternoon, sometimes you need an energy-filled snack to give you that boost and these Raw & guilt-free Energy Balls fulfill exactly that role. ⚡️⠀

They are the perfect healthy sweet treat, B͟O͟N͟U͟S͟👆🏻they are super easy to make and also gluten, diary and refined sugar free. 👌🏻🌱🌈 ⠀

The only downside is that these balls are so delicious...they won't be around for long!😋⠀

𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (12-14 balls):⠀

10 Medjool dates, pitted⠀
200g Munchme]] Roasted Almond Cashew 🤤⠀
75g Brazil, Almond & Cashew Spread⠀
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 🥥 ⠀
A Pinch of sea salt 🧂 ⠀
1-2 tbsp water, if needed 💦 ⠀
Crushed Munchme]] Roasted Almond Cashew to garnish ⠀

𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱: ⠀

👉🏻Line a baking tray with baking paper.⠀
👉🏻Place the Medjool dates, Munchme]] Roasted Almond Cashew and nut butter in a food processor or high speed blend and blend until well combined.⠀
👉🏻Add the coconut oil and sea salt and blend again until a dough begins to form. If the mix looks and feels a bit dry, add a little water. The mix should feel a little sticky.⠀
👉🏻Using your hands, roll into snack-sized balls. Place the balls on the prepared tray.⠀
👉🏻Pour the crushed Munchme Roasted Almond Cashew onto a plate or flat surface and roll the balls in the nuts to coat. Return them to the prepared tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.⠀
👉🏻Serve them straight from the fridge or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy!💫⠀
