THIS VESSEL
Take my life and let it be a worthy vessel,
Acceptable as an offering to You I bring,
Will You use it Lord, I give it to You,
Knowing it’s not fit for You, my King,
But because of Your great love for me,
You have filled this vessel, You cherish me so,
This alter I have to offer is but a pile of broken rocks,
Everything I have to offer up to You is imperfect Lord,
But it’s the attitude of my heart You want to see,
Because You are in love with me, and I with You,
You are pleased to lavish Your blessings on me,
And I in turn am honoured to praise and glorify Your name.
