My last gallery for 2023 headed off to its forever home last night, so with that I am officially closed for the year.
My gratitude for your bookings extends to all times of the year, but I’ll never be able express just how thankful I am that you choose me to document your special moments. Sometimes once, sometimes time and time again. Thank you to those that have needed a little extra patience with me while I navigate everything that comes with parenting (solo 85% of the time) 2 kids with multiple after school activities, a day job and this business that I continually pour my heart and soul into. If this year has taught me anything is that you actually cannot have it all, do it all and be it all, and thinking that you can only leads to you stuck in a continuous cycle of guilt and disappointment. But with that comes the ability to prioritise and set achievable and realistic goals.
So, with that little ramble over, I hope you all have a beautiful holiday season with the ones you love the most.
I’ll see you in 2024 (which might look a little different for Whisper & Wildflower Photography but I’ll keep you posted).

If this photoshoot had a title, it would be called “Catch me if you can!” because Miss P was sure making us cover some miles on that sand. But even when a session feels chaotic, you can bet there are still thousands of documentable moments! Just look at these goodies (if I do so so myself 😅). Kids being themselves, laughing and having fun, are my favourite kinds of sessions.
