There’s something magical about watching the Glasshouse Mountains settle into the soft light of evening.
Mt Coonowrin rising above the surrounding landscape, reflected in the still waters, with the last touches of colour glowing through the clouds… a peaceful moment that never gets old.
One of my favourite places to photograph — the Glasshouse Mountains, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. 📷✨

Mt Beerwah known as the “Mother” of the Glass House Mountains is the tallest of the Glasshouse Mountains rising to 556m tall.
It stands proudly amongst the surrounding countryside, framed by the trees and bathed in the soft colours of the sky.
I enjoy seeing these magnificent mountains from different perspectives — each view revealing a little more of their character.

Another moment from our few days away at the Glasshouse Mountains — one of my very favourite places to visit.
The cloud formations that afternoon were simply mesmerising, with soft colours and layers of texture spreading across the sky. As the sun found its way through the trees, it created the most beautiful light across the landscape, with the majestic Glasshouse Mountains standing silhouetted in the background.
There is always something different to discover here.

There’s something peaceful about watching the sunset fade across the water, leaving behind a beautiful blend of soft pinks, purples, blues and warm golden tones. ✨

Milky Way magic
A quiet night beneath an incredible Milky Way, with the stars stretching endlessly across the sky. The faint ambient glow along the horizon adds just enough light to reveal the landscape and silhouette of the lone tree standing beneath it all.
It feels like a whole different world standing beneath the night sky
