So its been a bit quiet over here, if I am honest I have been struggling a bit with balance. How to be the best mum, wife, birth photographer, newborn photographer, family photographer, midwife, friend, passionate soul, Rana, that I can be, I've dropped the ball in some areas, but I think overall I'm doing ok.
I adored speaking at The Baby Summit this year, it helped keep that fire in my soul burning rather than just smouldering.
I have done a lot of thinking and soul searching since then and have realised I need a little break.
This week I captured the beautiful birth of Hugh, he was my last booked birth for the year, really at this time, he was my last booked birth.
It's time to take a little time off from being on call, time to nurture me a bit, put Rana at the beginning of that 1st sentence rather than at the end.
In 2018 I will breathe more for me.
I would love to shoot births for any of you who I have previously shot births for, so please contact me if you're having another baby in 2018.
I will take on a few births for those that are willing to just book on an "if I'm available" basis and I’ll be taking fresh 48 bookings.
I will also be opening my heart and my studio to anyone who wants to learn from me. I love to share my passion so I am offering online and in person mentoring in 2018. Still working through options but if you are interested, please let me know by using this contact form https://www.breathebirthphotography.com.au/contact-me/
I am so excited about 2018, I feel some great things are ahead
